This was a Wall Street Journal ranking of about 300 technology mutual funds. The top performer was the Marketocracy Technology Plus Fund, a mutual fund managed by Palo Alto Advisors CEO, Paul McEntire. The excellent stock-picking combined with hedging led to the top performance.
